Rates
Fees are an important issue to anyone receiving professional services. The fee for an initial consultation is $160.00. Follow up visits are $100.00, both initial and follow up session are 50 minutes long.
Sliding Scale payment is available in certain situations please inquire.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. In order to find out what your coverage you have look on the back of your Health Insurance Card. There you will find one of two telephone numbers that can assist you in determining your coverage. You may call Member’s Services or Mental Health/Chemical Dependency. The following questions will be helpful in understanding and accessing services.
- Do I have Out of Network or In Network Benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- If I do not have a deductible how much is my co pay for each session?
- Do I need a referral or approval from my Primary Care Physician?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Do I need pre authorization for outpatient counseling? **
** If you are informed you need preauthorization, you will want to ask for authorization number with numbers of visits authorized.

Payment
We accept payment by cash or check. At this time, we are unable to accept credit cards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
